Remodeling of an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The project consists of various types of work within a multitude of existing classrooms around Main Campus at USU, Logan. Work will include room finishes (carpet, paint, some ceiling tiles, some lighting upgrades, some electrical infrastructure improvements, and cabinetry components). Coordination with USU provided products (adjustable height console bases) and IT equipment and labor will be important for project scheduling. The Contractor's Agreement will be provided to the Contractor from USU Facilities Design and Construction, using a standard contract. The Contract Time will be as indicated in the Invitation to Bidders. The successful bidder, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract Agreement, will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, both bearing original signatures. The performance and payment bonds shall be for an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum when established. Bond certification will be provided on the Standard AIA Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
