With this notice, the Center de services scolaire de Montréal (CSSDM) is soliciting bids for the following call for tenders: P ROJECT Title: 166 020 180 - École Saint-Pierre-Claver - Replacement of the instrument alarm system Call for tenders number: 25-3021P Description of the work: Replacement of the instrument alarm system Bid bond: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, including applicable taxes in favor of the School Service Center. This tender guarantee must be presented in one of the following forms: A certified check; An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the opening date of the submissions. A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer licensed under the Insurance Act. As a bid security, only the bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when submitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this method of transmission. If the tender documents provide for another form of tender guarantee and the service provider wishes to avail itself of it, the tender must be submitted exclusively in paper form. Given the current situation, tenderers wishing to submit a paper tender are requested to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the opening day. A representative of the Procurement Office will be present for the reception of tenders from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 2 pm. The CSSDM will receive before 2 p.m., on the opening date indicated, the submissions for the corresponding call for tenders. Each paper tender must be submitted sealed in an envelope identified with the return label included with the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its content, as well as the name and address of the tenderer in the upper corner. left. Anyone wishing to attend the tender opening session is required to complete a health form before entering the premises of the Center de services scolaire de Montréal (CSSDM). Anyone refusing to complete this form will not be allowed to enter the CSSDM premises. It is important to allow sufficient time for accessing and submitting bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic. Visitor parking is available for those wishing to participate in the opening session.
