Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the King's Gate 2nd Addition Benefit District Project, COH Project No. 2020-29. This project consists of: 2195 square yards of 6" concrete pavement, 36 square yards of 6" colored concrete pavement, 544 feet of 8" waterline improvements, 151 feet of 4" waterline improvements, 22 feet of 12" waterline improvements, 748 feet of 8" sanitary sewer improvements, and 372 feet of 15" storm sewer improvements. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, a certified check or a bid bond, payable to the City of Hays, Kansas, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded in excess of $100,000.00 will be required to furnish a Contract Bond and Payment Bond executed on the specific forms and acceptable to the City of Hays, Kansas, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount Bid
