The City of Hays is accepting bids for the construction of a parking lot in Seven Hills Park in the City of Hays, KS as part of the ARC Park Improvements Project. The parking lot project out to bid includes: 535 CY of Excavation and Embankment, 1,279 CY of Contractor Supplied Fill, 448 LF of Curb and Gutter, 521 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 2,266 SY of 5" Concrete Paving, AB-3 Base Rock, Handicap Ramps, Entrance Pavement, Storm Sewer Improvements and other related work. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities in any bid.
