The City of Hays Water Resources Department is accepting Bids for improvements to the water main along 8th Street between Park Street and Elm Street in the City of Hays, KS. Improvements consist of locating lines; boring in new 8" C-900 PVC Watermain; installing one new Fire Hydrant assembly, reestablishing 4 services with new meter can, ring and lid, and all necessary fittings; boring in 1" Poly Service Lines; and restore right of way in-kind.
