Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Replacement of the current Evergreen School District Transportation Facility. The new Transportation Center will expand into the old Burton Elementary site and a new 26,000 SF building will be constructed under this project. the new building will be a single-story structural consisting of an 11,000 SF office and a 15,000 SF shop maintenance facility. The office will house administrative staff, driver training, dispatch, routing, drivers support spaces, staff and driver breakrooms, restroom and locker room facilities, and flexible meeting/conferencing spaces. The shop base bid will consist of 6 large repair/work bays, locker rooms, fluids room, compressor room, welding area, tire service areas, parts and receiving, various storage spaces, and numerous workbenches and specialized equipment components. The abandoned Burton Elementary buildings covered play structure, and portables will be demolished as a part of this project scope.
