Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Project will consist of a new workforce housing development on a parcel of land (164738-002) located north of NE 4th Street in Vancouver, WA 98684. The 4.41 acre parcel is currently vacant. It is anticipated that the Project will include a multi-story main apartment building, a series of townhomes in a rowhouse formation, and a series of stacked flats with associated site surface parking and ancillary site amenities. A preliminary conceptual site plan is included in Attachment E for reference. Note that this is subject to change as this is only one test fit of many under consideration.
