This project has been awarded to Leyendecker Construction of Texas in the amount of $28,300. 1.1.0 Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment as required to complete the renovation of room 123 at United Middle School as listed within the scope of work. 1.1.1 Contractor to provide onsite project supervision during working hours. 1.1.2 Use of school facilities (restrooms, break rooms, workrooms, etc.,) will not be permitted. 1.1.3 Contractor to provide trash container and haul all waste generated by project construction off site and legally disposed of once project has concluded. Coordinate placement of container with District. 1.1.4 Remove plywood at south classroom wall and office wall adjacent to classroom and replace with CMU. New CMU is to be primed and painted on both the classroom side and office side. 1.1.5 Contractor to provide and install two 6'x4' marker boards and one 4'x4' tack board. Coordinate exact locations with the District before installing boards. 1.1.6 Contractor is to install existing light fixtures and incorporate light fixtures into new drop ceiling system. 1.1.7 Provide and install all material and labor necessary to install new diffusers, registers, and or grilles as indicated on drawings and incorporate into new ceiling system. Install diffusers, registers, and grilles level and plumb, according to manufacturer's written instructions, Coordination Drawings, original design, and referenced standards. 1.1.8 Contractor is to install existing PA speakers and incorporate speakers on to the new drop ceiling system. 1.1.9 Repair, patch, and fill all existing voids along interior CMU wall as required before priming and painting the wall surface. 1.1.10 Contractor to mount existing light switch by entry door flushed with wall. Repair CMU wall as required. 1.1.11 Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment as required to install a District provided pulldown projector screen.
