**As of July 9, 2021, the project was awarded Bid amount received. $97,980.89 The proposed Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other Contract Documents and shall include but not be limited to the following: spray thermoplastic Striping and markings on various streets throughout the City. Streets included, along with their assignment of Striping, are shown in Appendix A (Project Locations Maps), Appendix B (Project Estimated Quantities), Appendix C (City of Elk Grove Standard Drawings & 2015 State Standard Plans), and Appendix D (Thermoplastic Spray) attached hereto and incorporated herein (Work). In order to bid on or to be listed on the bid proposal for this Public Works Project all Contractors and subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and be qualified to perform Public Work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the California Labor Code. Unregistered Contractors may still submit bids provided the bid is authorized by Section 7029.1 of the Business and Professions Code or by either Section 10164 and 20103.5 of the Public Contract Code and all Contractors including subcontractors are registered with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform Public Work pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1725.5 at the time the bid is submitted. DIR registration is not required on Projects that do not exceed $25,000, which are for construction, alteration, demolition, installation, or repair work or for public works projects for maintenance when $15,000 or less. Bidder must possess a current valid Class A General Engineering or Class C-35 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor's Licenses issued by the State of California.
