Site work and renovation of a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
As of June 22, 2021, project was awarded to McGill Restoration, for $593,435.00. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. Rice 2 Tank Rehabilitation To provide labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to recoat the interior of the RICE 2 tank and provide the necessary floor patches to counteract the lost coating and material per LES specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/13/2021 4:00 PM The two (2) at-grade manways shall be blasted, primed, and recoated utilizing the same coating system as the tank interior. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing gasket at each location and replace with new gaskets
