Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct concrete foundations as per LES Specifications S-22-11 included in this solicitation for the 19th & Alvo Substation SW 7th & Bennet Substation The common street addresses of the substations are: 7407 Centurion Dr, Lincoln, NE 68521 and 13003 SW 2nd St, Martell, NE 68430. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; and 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M.
