Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot municipal facility.

In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing roofing on two roof areas, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system and provide new thru-wall flashing where the lower roof area meets the taller building, requiring alternating brick sections to be removed to install new flashing and drips, then replacing brick back in place. A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co. Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set and any received addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening.
