Reference Number 0000242767 Source ID PU.AC.ON.214207.C79051 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/03/16 04:00:00 PM EDT Replacement of existing modified bitumen roofs at the Kingston campus of St. Lawrence College. These roofs are identified as Roofs T1-C and two adjacent mechanical penthouse roofs identified as T2. This project involves the removal and replacement of roof systems at the Kingston Campus. A number of roof areas have been subject to ongoing reactive maintenance and entire replacement of the membrane and roof system is being considered for a number of roof areas. The roof areas requiring replacements are as shown on the Appendix- Plans & Details TTS. The College is looking for pricing for the replacement of Roofs T1-C and two (2) Mechanical penthouses identified (both) as T2. There is a large elevated mechanical unit on the roof that will not be moving and there will need to be work carried out below the units. The existing roof areas are made of a 2-ply modified bitumen roofing and this will be the replacement system. The Consultant's investigation revealed the following roof make-up: ROOFS T1-C AND T2 (both mechanical room roofs): T1-C and T2 were found to have the following compositions: a. 2 Ply - Modified Bitumen Roof b. 3" of Polyiso insulation c.
