The scope includes but is not limited to: - Removal of all existing metal clad wall assemblies and insulation in preparation for the installation of new wind-load bearing metal studs, insulation, sheathing, air barrier and cladding. - Preparation of existing exposed concrete block wall as required to repair overall condition and to install new air barrier insulation, steel framing and metal cladding or fibre cement panels. - Removal and reinstallation/replacement of all exterior wall mounted services, including but not limited to mechanical equipment, louvers, vents, piped services and penetrations, electrical conduit, electrical piped services and penetrations, lighting, etc. - Liquid applied roofing application to complete tie-in of existing roof system to new wall system. - Sitework including excavation of the building perimeter as required to install foundation insulation, including the removal and repair to existing concrete, asphalt, and sodded surfaces. - Removal and replacement of existing entrance sidewalk. - Removal and replacement of existing soffit areas. - Removal and replacement of all existing exterior windows and all existing exterior doors, except for the existing automatic entrance doors and existing overhead doors. * Bid values are undisclosed. *Construction is complete as of April 2024. *This project has been updated for historical data and reference purposes.
