Renovation of a parking garage in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The scope of service is to complete a structural restoration project at the above-noted site. Generally, this includes, but is not limited to: - Repair of deteriorated concrete surfaces, - Repair of masonry walls, - Replacement of expansion joints, - Replacement of the traffic deck coating membrane over the parking levels, - Application of a pedestrian deck coating over the stair treads and landings, and elevator enclosures. - Replacement of joint sealant in the curtain wall glazing - Replacement of designated railings and railing pickets, - Cleaning and painting of interior and exterior wall and soffit surfaces, - Cleaning and painting of structural steel and miscellaneous metals, - Cleaning and painting of traffic lines and curb edges, - Servicing of mechanical ventilation equipment, - Replacement of all overhead/wall mounted light fixtures, - Replacement of all exit lighting and deficient emergency lighting, - Replacement of damaged and deficient conduits and cables, - Replacement of existing trench drains and trench drain grates, - Replacement of exiting floor drains and installation of new floor drains, - Flushing and cleaning of drainage system.
