Completed plans call for the construction of a 160,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, eight-unit, 96-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a 96-place seniors' and alternative home that will offer 72 places for seniors and 24 places for adults with specific needs. The building will provide residents with a living environment on a human scale, consisting of eight air-conditioned units with 12 places each, and comprising individual rooms with toilet and shower adapted for each resident. The tenderer has the choice, within the framework of this call for tenders, to use or not the collaborative BIM approach in carrying out the work in the event that he is the successful tenderer of the contract . IMPORTANT, the choice of the tenderer to use or not the collaborative BIM approach does not have the effect of putting his tender at a disadvantage; this choice is not considered by the Company when awarding the contract. Recommendation to submit bids electronically In order to preserve the health of its organization's staff, the Company is implementing preventive measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
