CHANGES RELATED TO THE CONTEXT OF PANDEMIC CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) By submitting its bid during the COVID-19 period, the TENDERER is aware of the government measures and the economic context in force on the day of its submission. It will therefore not be possible for him to invoke them as a case of force majeure in order to avoid his obligations.
