Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu region roads. The scope of the project includes a program of resurfacing and paving work on Chemin de la Grande-Ligne as well as on a section of Route 227. On Chemin de la Grande-Ligne, operations will take place from Route 133, in the Saint-Athanase Sud sector, up to a hundred meters from Saint-Gérard Street, in Saint-Alexandre. On Route 227, work will be carried out from Chemin de la Grande-Ligne to Rang Kempt. In total, the running surface of more than 11 kilometers of roadway will be improved. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to the Chambly section of the road has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Rehabilitation of Chemin de la Grande-Ligne. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tenders will be followed in new separate reports.
