Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Columbia, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 29,354-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Howard County intends to procure the services of one or more construction firms to build a new senior center with associated site work. This project is in SHA Cost Group G. Each bid shall be accompanied by an electronic copy of a bid bond OR certified check, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, made payable to the Director of Finance, Howard County. For a certified check, the Contractor shall submit the original certified check to the Office of Procurement and Contract Administration PRIOR to the bid due date and time to be deemed responsive.
