The Meadow Lake Tract A Subdivision located in Carpenters Bayou Watershed and is drained via roadside ditches with RCP culverts, 18-24 inches in diameter. Thesubdivision ultimate outfalls into a roadside ditch along the west side of Pineland Avenue with a cross culvert connecting to the ditch along the outside of Sheldon Reservoir Levee, HCFCD Unit N100-00-00. Structural flooding appears to be from undersized ditches and slabs close to ground level, as well as, undersized ditches/culverts contributing to ponding in yards, and possible access issues. Additionally, approximately 16 acres of offsite sheet flow into northern boundary lots from undeveloped tract further adds to flood risk. The existing system is undersized for design 2-yr storm, swales are extremely shallow, some culvert tops visible, levee ditch is extremely flat and partially obstructed with debris
