Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
Scope of Project: 181,000 CY of detention pond excavation 62 LF of 4 x 3 box culvert 2,700 LF of backslope swales 8 LF of 36 reinforced concrete pipe. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
