Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include approximately 130 acres of site preparation, 5 acres of heavy clearing, 342,000 CY of pond excavation, 675 LF of 24"- 60" RCP and 540 LF of 9'(W) x6'(H) RCB storm sewer. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within five (5) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within (140) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to achieve Final Completion of the Work within (150) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
