As of May 19, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. It is anticipated construction will start in summer 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: All prime bidders are required to attend one of the virtual pre-bid conferences (the original pre-bid conference that was held on May 4 or the refresher pre-bid conference to be held on July 13), and all prime bidders and first tier sub-contractors (General, Mechanical and Electrical) are required to participate in an arranged site visit. Potential bidders who have participated in the earlier pre-bid conference on May 4 and/or one of the earlier arranged site visits (May 4, May 7 and May 12) are not required to participate but are strongly encouraged to participate in the refresher pre-bid conference on July 13. Potential bidders and sub-contractors who have not participated in the earlier virtual meeting or site visits are required to participate in the refresher pre-bid virtual conference (prime bidders) and site visit (prime bidder and subcontractors). The cut-off for Questions Was August 3 2021 at 05:00 pm
