Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Liberty Hill, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of the following: Wastewater PVC Piping and Appurtenances; Wastewater Manhole; Water Piping and Appurtenances; Lift Station consisting of Asphalt Access Road, Wet Well, Pumps, Electrical Wiring, Control Panels, Odor Control System, Jib Crane, Valve Vaults, Gravity Interceptor, Security Fencing and Appurtenances; Excavation, Embankment, and Paving; Sedimentation & Erosion Control; and Various Other Site Improvements. All questions pertaining to the bid must be submitted at least seven(7) calendar days prior to bid opening Electronically. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest and best Bid as deemed by the Owner,or reject any and/or all Bids. The Owner may request qualification information including references, bonding, insurance and other information for use in determining the lowest and best Bid. The undersigned Bidder agrees to commence work on the date specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" to be issued by the OWNER and to substantially complete construction of the improvements, as required by the Project Manual, Drawings and Addenda for the Work within 120 Calendar Days. The Bidder further agrees to reach Final Completion within 30 Calendar Days after Substantial Completion as required by the Project Manual, Drawings and Addenda for the work The deadline to ask questions is 5/14/2021 5:00 PM CST
