SPECIFICATION NUMBER - 830-73-929-74 The City of Liberty Hill, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the removal and reapplication of a protective coating system for the interior and exterior of a 150,000 gallon multi-leg steel elevated potable water storage tank. Deadline for Vendor Questions Submitted to the City of Liberty Hill December 27, 2022, by 5:00 PM CST Questions and Answers to be posted December 29, 2022, by 5:00 PM CST Contract Award Target On or before February 2023 All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via email to kwenzel@libertyhilltx.gov Successful respondent shall deliver to City both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond no later than the 10th day after the agreement has been executed both for the Project price. Penal sums for both bonds shall each be equal to the agreed upon Project price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or delete any portion of the response, or to accept any response deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the response received that best serves the interest and at the sole discretion of the City
