The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for road reconstruction materials and processed gravel, per ton delivered and picked up, as listed below: 1 1/2 -inch processed gravel; 3/4-inch processed gravel; 3 inch minus bank run; 1 1/2-inch minus erosion stone; 3/4-inch minus erosion stone; 6-inch minus erosion stone If requested, materials are to be delivered to various job sites within the Town of Deerfield. Processed gravels must meet all current NHDOT standards as outlined in Section 304 of the NH Dept. of Transportation Standard Specifications, latest edition. The gradation of the materials shall meet those contained in Table 304, Base Course Materials Required Gradation: Sand 304.1, Gravel 304.2, Crushed Gravel 304.3, Crushed Gravel for Shoulder Leveling 304.32, Crushed Aggregate for Shoulders 304.33, 2" Crushed Stone 304.4, 3-1/2" Crushed Stone 304.5, 6" Crushed Stone 304.6. The Town may waive or offer a limited opportunity for a Bidder to cure immaterial deviations from the RFB requirements if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
