Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Questions shall be accepted until noon on (date). An addendum containing the questions posed and the answers shall be posted Due to an aging infrastructure, Loudoun Water is looking to repair and/or replace about 5,000 existing water meter boxes located throughout Loudoun County.
