Renovations to the 3rd floor of the Learning Technology Center including adding new study rooms and renovating the office suite. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. Each proposer, before submitting a proposal for this work, shall visit the site to inspect and become satisfied with the existing conditions and requirements of the site and buildings under which he will be obligated to perform his work or that will in any manner affect the work. Contractors will not be allowed extra payments for conditions which can be determined by examining the existing site and buildings.
