Texas State Technical College ("TSTC") is a state-supported two-year technical college and is the state's largest provider of technical education. In 2015, TSTC was granted single-accreditation status from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the regional body for the accreditation of degree-granting higher education institutions in the Southern states. Single-accreditation merged ten (10) college campuses into one state system with administration located in Waco, Texas. This new college has campuses in Abilene, Breckenridge, Brownwood, Fort Bend County, Harlingen, Marshall, North Texas (Red Oak), Sweetwater, Waco, and Williamson County. TSTC educates more than 13,000 students and has 1600 employees across the State of Texas. Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is soliciting qualification professional consulting firms with a strong background and understanding in architectural, engineering, and construction of airport improvements at the Waco campus located at 3801 Campus Dr. Waco, Texas 76705. This agreement will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional year periods.
