The contractor may need to use hand-dig methods as necessary. o Multiple sites include the construction of short-radius curves that will require the use of 3-degree fittings and nonstandard pipe lengths, see General Note #32 on Drawing G-4 of Volume 3. o Project sites include work in various local jurisdictions, including the City of Walnut Creek, City of Lafayette, and unincorporated areas of Contra Costa County. o Engineering Cost Estimate: $4,000,000
