Farr West City Farr West City, UT 2021 Street Maintenance Project DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2021 Street Maintenance Project will be received by Farr West City, at the office of Jones & Associates, the City Engineer, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah until 2:00 pm local time on May 19, 2021 at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of placing approx. 65,098 s.y. of crack seal on various streets, approx. 76,291 s.y. of Seal Coat on various streets, 3,384 s.y. of edge milling along existing curb and gutter, approximately 534 tons of level course, 1,120 tons of 2" street overlay, pre-lowering and raising water valves and manholes with concrete collars as shown on the drawings to render the project complete. Bids will be received from a single Prime Contractor. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted with your Bid. Scanned copies or digital copies of each document are acceptable. Digital photographs will not be accepted.
