Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Roseau, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,680-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; 6,200-square-foot parking garage; and parking garage.
The Bid package scope includes demolition of 2 existing buildings and construction of a 6,200 SF parking garage and 7,680 SF storage building. Scope of work includes; earthwork, new utilities, poured concrete foundations, wood framed structure, thermal/moisture protection, commercial doors, Marvin windows, finishes, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping and pavements. Bidders have the option to bid on only one building or both as a combined bid. Bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the order of Roseau County Treasurer for not less than 5% of the bid amount. Bids are to be in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the outside identifying the owner, bidder, and project name. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. This is a single-prime (general) construction, lump sum project.
