Level Course, Bit. Overlay, Aggregate Shoulders CSAH 13 - Centerline Culvert Replacement The major items of work are approximately: 2,625 Tons of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 1,605 Cu. Yds. of Aggregate Base (CV) Class 5 2,350 Cu. Yds. of Granular Backfill (CV) 7,872 Cu. Yds. of Culvert Excavation Class U 816 Lin. Ft. of Remove Pipe Culvert 746 Lin. Ft. of Install RC Pipe Culvert Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond payable to the Roseau County Treasurer in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Roseau County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and award the contract in the best interest of Roseau County.
