Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,200-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
The District of Squamish is building a new Fire Hall, Emergency Operations Centre and administration building on the current location. It will be built as a smaller hall to house apparatus and equipment, and designed to contemplate future expansion needs. TIMELINE: Project is under Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process. Construction is underway. Major trades are secured.
