Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

PROJECT: The project provides the addition of 0.45 miles of five (5) concrete sidewalk from the TDC parking lot, north to CR30A. The work includes the realignment and paving of a portion of Tresca Drive, topsoil and sod over the old Tresca Drive dirt road connection, reconstruction of existing curb and gutter and paving at the entrance of Shannon Drive, and the addition of two mid-block crosswalks. Additional work on the project includes maintenance of traffic, clearing, and grubbing, erosion control and sodding. Careful coordination with utilities is required. Bidders attending in person must be present at the designated start time of the pre-bid conference and must remain until the conference is adjourned. Last date to submit questions is June 17, 2021 no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to the County Purchasing Agent. DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered.
