The Owner will draw up, following the information session and visit, a report indicating the name and title of the representative (s) of the Tenderer (s) present, as well as the name of the Tenderer. Each tenderer must keep a distance of two meters from other visitors. In places restricted to visit, the tenderer must have his personal protective equipment. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION, PERFORMANCE OF WORK AND FOR PLEDGES, MATERIALS AND SERVICES The Bidder must provide with its Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner. This guarantee is given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the "General Conditions". The tender guarantee is given to the Contractor before the signing of the Contract in exchange for a guarantee of performance of the Contract and a guarantee of the Contractor's obligations for pledges, materials and services.
