Responses to questions, other than administrative questions, will be provided to all potential Offerors by means of an addendum to the solicitation. The attached "General Terms and Conditions" are an integral part of this solicitation and will become part of any resulting contract unless deviations/exceptions are requested by Offeror at time of response and accepted by Dallas ISD. Pricing from this bid will remain firm for the initial period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 (pending estimated Board Approval on June 24, 2021 - subject to change) Bid shall be awarded for the period beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 with two (2) one-year renewal options (pending estimated Board Approval on June 24, 2021 - subject to change). The District is seeking to contract with the most highly qualified Respondent(s) for products and/or services related to providing: Small Cafeteria Serving Wares And Equipment. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform such services for a fair and reasonable price. Contacts. Low bid will not be the only consideration for award of any line item. The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities and award the bid to the best served interest of the District as determined by the District. The District reserves the right not to purchase any item or any award line item on this price agreement.
