Renovation of an office development in Marion, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,632-square-foot office development; and 6,424-square-foot office development.
Scope: Project consists of alterations to an existing building to house McDowell County Administrative Offices. The building contains 5,632 sq. ft. on ground floor and 6,424 sq. ft. on first floor. Work on first floor to be completed prior to the completion of the ground floor. The Building will be open and available for inspection on Friday, May 21 and Friday, May 28 only. If your scope of work requires that you visit the site to determine the full scope of your work to be priced, please make the necessary arrangements to go by on one of these two dates. The building will be open between 8:00am until 4:00pm. No other dates will be made available to go inside the building. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued.
