Bids for the Pump & Treat Force Main Project at the York County Landfill. The Work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals and of performing all work necessary in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled YORK COUNTY LANDFILL -PUMP & TREAT SYSTEM FORCE MAIN. 1.2. Completion time for the project will be 120 Consecutive Calendar Days as set forth in the Agreement 1. The work to be done under this Contract and in accordance with these Specifications consists of furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, material and all other items necessary for the construction of the Project. The Contractor shall perform all work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready for use. 2.
