Awardees: For the Construction of the Line - Faulkner Development & Engineering - $38,564.00 For the Materials -Ferguson Waterworks - $18,595.53 The City of York, South Carolina is soliciting requests for proposals from qualified bidders for installation of water distribution infrastructure. This project is outside the departmental scope and requires a licensed and bonded contractor to install the infrastructure. The City of York reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Install 640 LF of 6" water main, 1 fire hydrant, 3 gate valves, reconnect 5 existing services and other necessary appurtenances to City of York specifications. Install and maintain erosion control measures if deemed necessary by SCDHEC or SCDOT. Finish grade and landscape all excavated and disturbed areas once construction is complete. Perform pressure and bacteriological testing in compliance with SCDHEC permitting procedures.
