Site work for a civil project in Victor, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 8, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The last day for submission of questions will be January 21, 2022 and the last addendum will be issued by January 25, 2022. Work to be performed generally includes: Removal of existing outlet tower, construction of a concrete grade beam, construction of a intake structure including gate installation, installation of downstream access manhole on 12" water supply line, replacement of valves at 12" bypass, rehabilitation of the existing outlet conduits with CIPP liner (if necessary), and all ancillary work to complete the work described here-in. Post performance and payment bonds; and deliver the material and equipment in conformance with specifications within the contract time. Instrumentation for the bubbler system shall be Owner furnished and installed.
