Bids shall be made on the official bid form attached to the Request for Bids, which is available from the Erie County Land Bank; 150 E Front Street, Suite 300, Erie, PA 16507; (814) 451-7339. A 10% bid security (bid bond, certified check or cash) must accompany all bids. The selected contractor will be required to post 100% performance and payment bonds. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. (5-432927-NT-6-10) The contractor will have forty-five (45) days from the date a contract is executed to complete all work required hereunder
