Furnish and install 1,315 LF of 10-inch dimeter SDR 26 sewer pipe. 2. Furnish and install 4-48 inch dimeter manholes. 3. Reconnect 27 existing sewer laterals to new sewer pipe. 4. Remove and dispose of existing manholes and sewer pipe as indicated on the drawings. 5. Street surface restoration as indicated on the Plans. Potential bidders must be able to comply with the Installation Floater/Builders Risk insurance requirements described in Section 5 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder shall provide Installation Floater Insurance, including Flood and Earthquake, for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents. The number of days beyond the original fifteen (15) days it takes to receive this will be deducted from the Contract Times.
