Question Acceptance Deadline 06/01/2021 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The Work consists of improvements to the East Lansing Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) clarifier tanks and aeration system including: replacement of the mechanisms, gates, and weirs in the north and south primary clarifiers, replacement of the mechanisms and construction of new effluent trough in the 90 ft diameter north final clarifiers, construction to two 75 ft diameter north final clarifier tanks, construction of building addition for new final clarifier return activated sludge pumps, replacement of the existing coarse bubble diffusers in the north and south aeration tanks with fine bubble diffusers, modification to the existing aeration flow configuration with replacement of existing slide gates and construction of new aeration tank effluent troughs, replacement of existing north aeration blowers and modifications to the aeration piping and controls to improve operation. In addition, the work will include concrete restoration, removal of existing equipment, improvements to the existing heating and ventilation system, and electrical and instrumentation improvements.
