Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Junction, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

General Scope of Work: Construct new headquarters facility with pedestrian access from parking area (by TxDOT). Construct new utilities to the headquarters building including water, wastewater, and electrical utility extensions and upgrades. Final roadways and parking by TxDOT under separate timeline. Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within four hundred fifty (450) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions. Construction Estimate : $2,500,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 Important Note: In order to receive the Teams calendar invitation to the pre-bid on-line video conference, Bidders must pre-register. Following the on-line video conference, the PowerPoint presentation will be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily.
