General Scope of Work: Construct new headquarters facility with pedestrian access from parking area (by TxDOT). Construct new utilities to the headquarters building including water, wastewater, and electrical utility extensions and upgrades. Final roadways and parking by TxDOT under separate timeline. Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within four hundred fifty (450) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions.
