Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Bridge deck replacement project. Includes removal of portions of the existing bridge, zone painting of existing structural steel, constructing a new composite concrete deck, constructing new concrete wing caps and concrete substructure repairs. There will also be minor approach roadway work and installation of approach guide rail. Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. Bidders must submit with their initial bid, a statement as to whether they have previously performed work subject to the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (30 F.R. 12319-25) "Equal Opportunity Clause". The Bidder acknowledges that this bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1 - 167.11, which is incorporated herein by reference.
