Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of: St. Jerome Ventilation Upgrades: .1 Remove existing indoor ventilator and ductwork serving the gymnasium. Repair wall openings as necessary. .2 Provide new outdoor, roof mounted energy recovery ventilator. .3 Provide natural gas line to new outdoor roof mounted ERV. .4 Provide new supports from existing structure for new mechanical equipment. .5 Provide new ductwork, grilles, diffusers, and controls. .6 Construct openings in walls, ceilings, and roof for new ductwork. .7 Provide new BAS for new and existing mechanical equipment. .8 Architectural modifications as per contract documents. .9 Electrical work as per contract documents. Sacred Heart Ventilation Upgrades: .1 Provide new indoor and outdoor energy recovery ventilators. .2 Provide natural gas line to new outdoor mounted ERV unit and new hydronic system including hydronic lines to indoor ERVs. .3 Provide new supports from existing structure for new mechanical equipment. .4 Provide new ductwork, grilles, diffusers, and controls. .5 Construct opening in walls, ceilings, and roof for new ductwork. .6 Provide new vertical chases and horizontal bulkheads. .7 Remove existing ceilings (GWB and ACT) and existing plastered ceiling above existing ceiling as required to install new ductwork and mechanical equipment and provide reinstated ceiling. .8 Provide new BAS for new mechanical equipment. .9 Architectural modifications as per contract documents. .10 Electrical work as per contract documents *Awarded contract value not released.
