Renovation of a stadium in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town of Kirkland Lake is seeking the services of a Company or Individual, (herein known as Company), to Supply, Deliver, and Install a Dasher Board System in its indoor municipal ice surface facility with a seating capacity of 1500 or less with the option to extend the length of two player benches. The arena is situated in the Joe Mavrinac Community Complex on Allen Avenue in Kirkland Lake, which was built in 1978. The arena is the home to an active Minor Hockey league, a Figure Skating Club, and a Junior Hockey team, as well as the recipient of numerous rentals each week. The ice season each year runs from August to April. The Joe Mavrinac Community Complex arena ice surface pad is approximately 185 Ft. x 85 Ft.
