The City of Fayetteville is accepting package bids from properly licensed and authorized firms for the construction of the Fayetteville Parking Deck located in Fayetteville, AR. This project includes but is not limited to Construction site improvements for the Fayetteville Downtown Parking Deck, including site demolition, earthwork storm drainage, utilities, improvements to West Avenue, and all other improvements as further defined in the Contract Documents. All questions during the bidding process shall be addressed to Andrea Foren, City Purchasing Manager. Questions should be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 31, 2021 , 5:00 PM CDT via email to Andrea Foren . Contract Times are 569 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion and 590 Calendar Days to Final Completion. Each bid exceeding $50,000 shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank doing business in the State of Arkansas or a corporate bid bond in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. In the event a bidder opts to submit a cashier's check for a bid bond, the actual physical cashier's check shall be delivered to the City prior to the deadline. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required with the contract awarded. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bids exceeding $50,000 and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline.
