The Wald Park Improvements Phase 3, hereinafter referred to as the project, is the final phase to complete the renovation of an existing public park and recreational facility. The project will include finish grading and utilities, new asphalt parking lots and concrete hardscape, landscape and irrigation for new park spaces, athletic surfaces, new tennis courts and a tennis pavilion, new dog parks and pavilion, and a new city maintenance facility. The General Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance and sub-contractor services for construction of a complete facility. The total construction period is of 6 months after the official Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
